Power Flow

This dynamic, energizing, and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures, and floor work.

The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance, and challenges balance and flexibility. You will leave these classes with renewed mental and physical energy.

Espresso Flow Yoga

This bumpin’ 45-minute class is high energy and fast paced. It incorporates weights and bursts of cardio woven together by yoga poses for a total body burn that will keep your heart rate up. A fun, sweaty class that adds the perfect strength and cardio compliment to your Vinyasa practice.

The room is heated between 85 – 92.

Sculpt Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that reduces stress and improves health.
All postures are done in a passive manner with the support of blankets, blocks and other props.

The power of restorative yoga lies in its ability to nurture one’s own internal healing processes. Studies have shown that deep relaxation affects us on a genetic level and has profound health benefits.

Restorative Yoga

Yin Yoga

While Power Flow or “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. In this class, poses are held for a longer period of time (2-10 minutes) allowing the body to become passive rather than active while offering the opportunity to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
