    This class is a perfect place to start for anyone who is wanting to learn or practice the basics of yoga.

    A dynamic style of yoga that links breath and movement through challenging sequences.

    A faster-paced version of Power Flow (see above), condensed to 45 minutes.

    Yin postures are held for approximately 2 to 10 minutes, allowing you to work deep into the body’s connective tissues.

    A dynamic and effective full-body workout that combines elements of Pilates, strength training and yoga.

    Restorative yoga postures are passive postures typically done with the support of blankets, blocks and other props, meant to deeply relax the body and mind.
