Just give it a try to see why hot yoga has developed a cult following. Whether you already enjoy a regular yoga practice or not, hot yoga makes for an incredibly fun and challenging workout. The heated rooms lend greater flexibility and an overall more dynamic exercise experience. You'll leave feeling wiped out in the best way possible.

At Hot Yoga Plus, although we primarily focus on hot yoga, we believe in all yoga – every style, every temperature – for all people. We have designed all our studios and classes to meet the needs of the individual, no matter the pace or the temperature of the room.
